Can you pay with crypto? 
We unfortunately do not accept payments with crypto as the bank does not allow this  at the moment , however, we have hopes of accepting crypto payments in the future! What you can do now is to get a crypto card from eg. Binance or Crypto.com.

What payment methods do you offer? 
In our online store, we offer payment via Swish, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Klarna.

When will my order be shipped? 
Our goal is to send out orders the same day they are received. If the order arrives late in the evening, it will be sent the next day.

How to cancel / change an order? 
If you want to change your order, you must contact us as soon as possible via our contact form  so we can cancel / change your order before it is shipped from our warehouse.

What are the shipping costs? and which countries do you ship to?

Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

Zone 1 Prices: Shipping cost is 99 SEK / ~10 EUR. Free shipping when order value is greater than 1000 SEK or / ~ 100 EUR

Zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain 

Zone 2 Prices: Shipping cost is 199 SEK / ~20 EUR. Free shipping when order value is greater than 2000 SEK or / ~ 200 EUR

How long is the delivery time? 
Delivery time for standard deliveries is 2-5 days depending on the country, we always select the fastest shipping method for your country.

Are the packages trackable? 
All packages except small deliveries that fit in the mailbox are trackable. An email with tracking information will be sent hwen package has been sent from our warehouse.

Customs & Taxes? 
Since we only ship within EU there should be no extra customs duties or taxes to pay.
Swe Mining is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Wrong adress or refusal to pick up?
If your  package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the return shipping cost and all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
If you do not  pick  up your package at the delivery point, it will be returned to us. The  same applies if you have entered the wrong address.
Deliveries with  DHL to the delivery point remain for 7-14 days (check  with your local  DHL service point). In cases where you do not pick up the ordered package, we charge a fee to the sum of the return shipping costs. The return cost will be deducted from your refund. 
 

What happens if delivery is delayed? 
Should your delivery be delayed for any reason, please contact the company responsible for your delivery.

My goods are damaged in transit, what do I do? 
In the event of damage to your package, it must always be reported directly to the delivery company that was responsible for the delivery. Also contact us via email: [email protected] with pictures of the damaged goods.

Have the products been tested? 
All products on our website are of course safe and are the ones we use for our own mining!

Do you have a guarantee? 
We offer a 30-day warranty / exchange right for the exchange of products for a similar one, and we also offer a 7-day open purchase meaning you can reurn it for a refund (excl. return costs). Please note, however, that the manufacturers of some products offer a longer warranty, always see the product description for deviations.

Are you going to expand your range?
